The hotel also offered a comfy lounge area and a beautiful terrace to unwind after a long day. Just be aware, the sound from the street can come through a bit, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

disappointingly mediocre experience. couldn’t get a proper answer when the shower malfunctioned, leaving me frustrated. And the ABSOLUTELY antique elevator? no one even mentioned it at check-in! I almost gave a good review if it weren’t for the missing welcome gift I expected as a special guest. what a shame.

Further complicating matters, the washing machine malfunctioned and left our clothes stuck inside for hours, requiring us to switch off the power to retrieve them. While we appreciated the responsive staff, the communication felt disconnected and lacking any proactive approach to address the issues we encountered.
